How it works

Cycle: pay → vault → deliver → release

Money and goods move on separate rails until release. Track it in Operation.

Straight answers

Does Gobtween hold the card balance?

No. Capture runs on the payment provider (e.g. PayPal). Gobtween controls sale state, hold, release and disputes.

Must I list a product on Gobtween?

No. Path B: pass amount + seller ID on the button or API, then send the buyer to the buy link.

When does the seller get paid?

After confirmation, auto-release deadline or dispute resolution — never at payment time.

How do disputes work?

Either side opens with the claim type and evidence from the terms. Funds stay in the vault. Outcome: release, refund, return or partial.
